Grove of Giants Open Days (TAS)
February 26 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
$10
The Tree Projects will host an open day at the Grove of Giants. There will be opportunities to climb trees, go on guided walks and visit the famous Lathamus Keep.
This grove is a remarkable patch of forest in the Huon Valley and is home to Lathamus Keep – the largest Tasmanian Blue Gum in the world. The grove has over 150 trees over four metres in diameter and is one of the best remaining stands of old-growth forest left in the region.
