20 March 2024: We have been having some challenges with the search functionality in the calendar and are working to resolve the issue. Currency Creek Arboretum Open Days (SA)
1 October 2022 - 2 October 2022
FreeFree 1 hour and extended 2 hour guided tours of the arboretum by eucalypt expert and arboretum curator Dean Nicolle, beginning twice daily at 10 am and 2 pm. Don’t forget a hat and good walking shoes!
Currency Creek Arboretum boasts the world’s largest collection of eucalypt species, with over 800 species and over 8000 individual trees planted over 30 hectares.

Meet at Currency Creek Arboretum, about one hour’s drive south of Adelaide city centre. Follow the signs from Adelaide Place, which joins Alexandrina Road (the Goolwa to Strathalbyn road) about 1.5 km north of Currency Creek, about 19 km south of Ashbourne, and about 26 km south of Strathalbyn.
