Interested in Hosting an Event for National Eucalypt Day 2024?
Held annually on 23 March, National Eucalypt Day aims to raise awareness of eucalypts and celebrate the important place that they hold in the hearts and lives of Australians.
The National Eucalypt Day program aims to meet the promotion, education and conservation objectives of Eucalypt Australia.
Events can be anytime from early March through to mid-April although the weekends each side of March 23rd remain the most favourable times to celebrate.
Before you submit your idea you can download the attached pdf on what we think makes a good National Eucalypt Day event; however we are open to new ideas, modalities and input and would love to hear what you have to say.

Appropriate events submitted anytime before the 20th of March will be entered into our searchable events list however, the earlier these are lodged, the better to enable social media and other coverage/promotion.

Micro-grant requests opened on 11 January 2024 and closed 5 pm 11 February 2024. There were only a small number of these available. Successful applicants were advised by 16 February 2024.
